Dosto hamare India me  bahut development ho chuka hai jisse logo ko bahut fayda ho raha hai aur sath me nuksan bhi ho raha hai. Jaise ki TV,Mobile,Computer etc. insab chijon se log apne aap ko entertain bhi kar rahe hain aur apne business me use  bhi kar rahe hai.

Lekin kabhi kabhi log Mobile aur TV se itne attachment bana lete hai ki apne sare kamo ko bhi bhul kar TV aur Mobile ke sath jyada time spend karne lagte hai. Aise log aage chal kar apne sare kaam dusro ke bharose karte hai, khud se kuch nahi kar paate hai. Isliye dosto aaj mai aaplogo ko bataunga ki log kaise mobile se addict ho jate hai aur  hame isse kaise bachna chahiye.



MOBILE ADDICATION KYU HOTA HAI ?

Dosto mobile se ham apne aapko entertain karne ke liye videos dekhte hai,gana sunte hai aur tarah tarah ke game bhi khelte hai jisse hamara entertain ho jata hai. Lekin kabhi kabhi log jyada se jyada time mobile par hi dete hai aur apna kam nahi kar pate hai  jisse log apne mobile se bahut jyada attached ho jate hai.

Jaise abhi trending me chal raha PUBG game ko hi le lete hai, log abhi padhai aur kaam ko chod kar apna sara time game khelne me laga dete hai aur wo apne padhai par dhyan nhi de pate hai jiske karan wo log exam me bahut km marks late hain. Aur jo log kam karte hain, office work wo apne kam par thik tarah se dhyan nahi de pate hain jiske karan  apne boss se dant sunna padta hai.

Isiliye dosto mobile ko hame utna hi use karna chahiye jitna hame jarurat ho, agar hm jyada time de dete hai to hamara time bhi barwad hoga or life me kuch kar bhi nhi payenge. Isiliye ab mai aalogo ko bataunga ki ham kaise mobile se addict hone se bach sakte hai.




MOBILE ADDICATION SE KAISE BACHE ?

Dosto abhi tak bahut sare log apne mobile se addict ho chuke hai  jisse unke life me bahut  sara problem ho raha hai, bahut sare log pagal ho chuke hai aur bahut sare logo ka mind kam nahi kar raha hai. Isiliye dosto hame pagal nahi hona hai aur na hi apne mind ko kharab karna hai. Hame apne mind ko ekdam cool rakhna hai aur  apne aap ko mobile se dur rakhna hai.


  • Hame apne mobile ko utna hi der tak chalana hai jitna der tak hame uski jarurat ho. Hame apne mobile ko jarurat se jyada  nahi chalana chahiye, jaise mai aaplog ko upper bata chuka hu ki  jyada mobile chalane se kya ho sakta hai. Isiliye dosto hame apne aap ko  mobile se addict hone se bachana  hai.

Dosto hamare India me bahut sare log mobile se addict hone ke karn pagal ho chuke hai, agar aap bhi apne mobile ko jyada time dete ho to sambhal jaye nahi to  mobile ke karn aapka bhi mind par asar ho sakta hai aur aap bhi pagal ho sakte ho, agar aap aisa nahi hona chahte hain to apne mobile ko jarurat se jyada use na kare. Isme aapka hi bhala hoga aur aap healthy life jii payenge.
